The best view of the island of La Graciosa
El Río viewpoint, in the north of Lanzarote, is a work of art located at the top of an imposing cliff. Standing at the wide railing and looking northwards, three small islets can be seen – the Chinijo archipelago – separated from Lanzarote by the strait from which the viewpoint takes its name. The biggest of the islets is La Graciosa, which boasts perfect volcanic cones and a melting pot of ochres and beiges. The combination of islets, sea, sky and sheer depth of the cliff transmits amplitude and freedom.
