Los Jameos del Agua is the first Art, Culture and Tourism Center created by César Manrique, in a space of natural origin inside a volcanic tunnel.
Opened in 1968, the artist, painter and artist transformed the space and created a world unique in the world that represented the maximum expression of his idea: the creation of art in harmony with the environment and nature.
